Sports Specific Conditioning
As a C.H.E.K practitioner Ben is trained to work with you and your coach to optimise your athletic performance. He will assess and provide training methods that stabilize your core, improve your overall strength and balance, to increase your explosive power as well as enhance your agility and speed in the sport of your choice, whether it be; golf, boxing, rugby or surfing.
Golf, boxing, rugby, surfing, and triathlons all need to have a strong core to allow the major muscles of the body to perform at their best. Strong core, Strong platform, Strong performance!!

Ben has worked with Semi professional rugby clubs in England, developing strength & conditioning programs. He has also working with surfers, boxers and golfers in developing core-conditioning programs to improve their overall sports performance.
