Initial Consultation and Introductory session - FREE

At Chisel Fitness we believe that the client and trainer need to develop a good relationship that will allow both parties to focus on getting results.

Our first session is always FREE and allows both trainer and client to have a relaxed chat about your lifestyle and training goals so that we can develop and individualised plan to get you fast, effective and efficient results.

Together we can set some goals and perform some basic physical tests to use as a benchmark for your training progress.

Single Session - $70

Let one of the experts at Chisel Fitness design and implement a one on one program to suit your specific needs. The team at Chisel Fitness know exactly how to help you achieve fast, effective and efficient results. We will ensure you are having fun and will keep you motivated every step of the way!

Double Session - $45 per person

Why not bring a partner or friend along to train beside you? With the help of a Chisel Fitness instructor you will both be seeing the results you want soon!

Buy a Pack & Save!

10 pack - $ 630

Serious about training? Why not take the Chisel Fitness 10 pack? Not only will you receive a free initial consultation and personalised one on one program, but you will commit to regular training which is an essential factor in helping you achieve the results you want.

20 pack - $1200

When you purchase 20 sessions from Chisel Fitness we will also include a FREE Nutritional Analysis and Healthy Eating Plan from our resident nutritionist, Amanda Van-Eyk.

Group Fitness Sessions

Groups of 3 to 5 people - $30 per person
Groups of 6 to 7 people - $15 per person
Groups of 8 or more - $10 per person

6 Week Program - $135

Don’t want a daily trainer but have questions about your program? Have a Chisel Fitness trainer talk to you about your fitness goals and design a specific program to help you achieve fast, effective and efficient results. Includes a single 1 on 1 session with a trainer to help implement the initial program.
