Introducing Matt…
Matt Waterton is our Head Trainer in Sydney and has a wealth of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, having worked all around the world. By clicking here you can see that Matt has helped many people achieve their fitness goals. He has worked in the winter sport industry, helped elite athletes and professional sporting teams, as well as running his own succesful personal training business in London.
This experience coupled with Matt’s thirst for the latest research and knowledge within the industry means that he brings endless enthusiasm and a big bag of tricks to every session.
