I’ve been training with Ntina for around 6 months, before which time I hadn’t taken part in any structured exercise for about 10 years. In the beginning I was not very confident of my general fitness and strength but Ntina’s positive attitude and encouragement was very motivating and it didn’t take long for me to start seeing results from her sessions. Each week she has something new and different to show me so that it’s fun and I never get bored, on top of which I’m always learning new ways to keep my fitness up at home. Not only have my weekly sessions with Ntina improved my fitness and my strength, I have heaps more energy, I’m sleeping better and I’m generally a more confident person.

Ntina Maddern has been my Personal Trainer for the past 12 months and during this time she has been an exceptional trainer. Ntina is professional, supportive, knowledgable and very thorough.
