Meg has possessed a passion for health and fitness her whole life, having been involved in a wide variety of team and individual sports at both a social and highly competitive level. These include athletic pursuits such as soccer, touch football and both middle and long distance running.
A highly self motivated individual, Meg completed a Bachelor of Human Movement Scienceat Southern Cross University, Lismore, from which she graduated top of her class, along with a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and Boxing for Fitness qualification. Meg believes this achievement is indicative of her strong work ethic, dedication to achieving success both personally and professionally, and her passion for the health and fitness industry. These attributes, coupled with her endless supply of energy and enthusiasm for life in general, ensure Meg’s clients will not only achieve their personal fitness goals, but remain motivated and have fun along the way.
Meg feels strongly about making physical activity and its associated health benefits available, and accessible to all individuals. Growing up on the South Coast of NSW, she enjoys utilizing the warmer, sunnier weather the Gold Coast offers to encourage people to get out and get active.
