Our bodies are in a constant state of motion with thousands of chemical reactions taking place every second in an effort to keep us healthy.  Exercise is merely an extension of this process and can help everyone from elite athletes through to the general population take steps towards optimal health.

My university studies in Exercise Physiology, as well as International Certificates in Fitness and Strength and Conditioning have allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of how the body works as a whole.  With this knowledge I work closely with individuals to achieve an exercise solution that best suits their lifestyle and goals, and ultimately deliver quality health and fitness solutions!

Working alongside various practitioners at Health Central in Currumbin allows me to educate my clients as they take ownership and develop an understanding of their health and fitness.  This relationship is paramount to achieving success and allowing people the time and space to explore their limits.
