Exercise has always been a big part of Chris’ life. As a school student he played sport at a state, national and international level and upon leaving school continued to compete in senior basketball, volleyball, rugby league and rugby union.
Chris achieved honors whilst completing his Bachelor of Applied Science - Human Movement studies at the University of Qld in 2001. Since then he has coached and taught physical education to some of Australia’s leading elite junior athletes.
In 2005 he moved to London where he worked in a variety of school sporting programs, as well as taking on the roles of Duty Manager and Trainer in one of London’s busiest gyms. He completed his International Certificate IV in Fitness and is a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.
Whilst in London Chris was able to help 100’s of people achieve their fitness goals and gain valuable experience working within a number of Britain’s professional sporting organisations.
Having completed 4 half marathons and a Half Ironman race, Chris is currently in training for one of the toughest events in endurance sport - an Ironman. You can follow his progress here.
With over 8 years experience training both elite athletes and the general population, Chris is fast becoming one of Australia’a most in demand personal trainers.
