Introducing Functional Strength Camp
Chisel Fitness is proud to align themselves with The ZUU Indoor Training Facility to bring you the ultimate in boot camp style training at our very first Functional Strength Camp.
Chisel Fitness and The ZUU Indoor Training Facility pride ourselves on delivering exercises that are specifically designed to make you stronger, fitter and more efficient in everyday movements.
What is Functional Strength?
Functional strength is strength in motion.
The human body is capable of a vast array of movements and angles. Functional strength is getting away from traditional techniques and machines which can work on set planes, to improve our body’s ability to work in natural movements.
This means:
- Increased strength
- Higher cardiovascular fitness levels
- Boosted metabolism
- Increase in lean muscle tissue
- More efficient fat burning
It’s intense!
Our Functional Strength Camp will push you to your Anaerobic threshold. This type of training is very intense as it takes your body and then your mind to their limits or threshold. The benefits cannot be over emphasised as it works on compound movements over isolation, meaning that more joints are involved which incorporates more muscles. This leads to a greater overall strength and conditioning.

Who will be running the sessions?
Fully qualified trainers and strength and conditioning coaches from Chisel Fitness and The ZUU Indoor Training Facility will be putting you to the ultimate test!
What does the camp involve?
Over the course of 6 weeks you will be put through 16 x 1 hour sessions that will push you to your physical and mental limits, resulting in amazing increases in performance and noticeable body composition changes.
Not only will we instruct you, but we also want you to learn. On top of the 16 hours of training time, you will be exposed to the real truths behind exercise nutrition, in 3 x 2 hour classes in Week 1-3, so that you can make the most of every training session.

How much does it cost?
$500 is all it will cost for you to be a part of 16 x 1 hour intense results based training sessions and 3 x 2 hour Nutritional Classes.
