Who’s coming to Nepal?

Another exciting bit of news that we announced in our newsletter was some more details about our trip to Base Camp Mt Everest later in the year.

We’ll be teaming up with Jac from Health Central to take you on a journey filled with adventure and education as we trek to one of the most breathtaking locations on the earth - Mt Everest, Nepal.

We’ll be starting our 10 week preparation in August with everyone receiving weekly 1 on 1 personal training sessions and soft tissue treatments, as well as some weekend training as a group to ensure that you are at optimal health to enjoy the climb.
 
The trip itself will take 3 weeks and the dates are locked in for October 17th to November 6th, 2010.  
 
The final cost has been calculated as $6800 and will include:
 
- 10 individual personal training sessions
- 10 soft tissue treatments
- Weekend hikes and activities
- International and domestic airfares.
- Accomodation and food whilst in Nepal
- Personal trek equipment
- Expert guides along the way
- Some of the freshest air in the world!!
